When will my products be dispatched?

STOCK GARMENTS; Our stock items are dispatched within 10 working days this turnaround is due to some stock items requiring club branding. At busier times of the year (the start of the football season and Christmas) this can sometimes take a little longer. Should your order contain a stock garment and pre-order garment the order will not be dispatched until all garments are available.

In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

PRE-ORDERED GARMENTS; Many of our replica shirts are sold on a pre-order basis, the product page will state “PRE ORDER” if this is the case. A date that the pre-order is open until will also be present on the product page. Manufacturing and dispatch is usually within 6 weeks after the end date of pre-orders. All pre-ordered items are made to order, hence sometimes the lead time on pre-ordered shirts can take slightly longer.



How are my products shipped?

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD Local.

The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. Some clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.



When will my products be delivered?

This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their Tracked24 delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. DPD Local is a next working day service in the UK. Please note these timings are PLUS the days to dispatch mentioned above.



What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 21 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

If an order does not arrive, we always recommend to check at your local post office before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.



Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship orders to most countried, if after placing your order there is an issue delivering to your selected destination a member of the dispatch team will be in touch. At checkout once you have entered your address the shipping option will update.




Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase. Currently each Hope + Glory product is made/branded to order, so unless there is a fault with the item unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Whilst faults are rare, it does occasionally happen – simply email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This can be done within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

In most cases, yes. However due to the “pre-order” shirts being made to order we ask that should you wish to cancel this you do so before the end of the pre-order window your order was placed in as after this date the order would have been sent for production.
